ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our team of Instructors.

Working for the Outdoor Activity Centre, you will coach and supervise our guests and corporate clients, ensuring they have a fun, action packed and memorable experience with us.

This role is both exciting and physically challenging.  Responsibilities will include setting up and organising a wide range of activities as well as maintaining the equipment on site, ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.  You will also be responsible for keeping the Outdoor Activity Centre clean and tidy presenting a professional image to our guests at all times.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 45 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

Shifts will fall between 9am and 6pm and will include working 3 out of 4 weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis. Please note there will also be opportunity to increase hours during school holidays.

  • Have previous experience of working within an outdoor activities environment

Essential requirements:

  • Applicants must be aged over 18 year’s old

Desirable requirements: 

  • Previous experience of working within an outdoor activities environment will be an advantage
