Starbucks is all about great coffee, great times, in a great place with a great team. 

Whilst working as a Barista at Starbucks, you would also be part of the Center Parcs team and would be responsible for providing legendary customer service to all of our guests. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, quick thinking team player who will take pride in providing our guests with quality beverages and products.

Excellent communication skills are required along with a friendly and professional manner.  Full training will be provided for this role, all that we ask is that you are a confident individual who will enjoy speaking with our guests and working with an amazing team.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 64 hours per 4 week period, working on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each 4 week period. 

You will be required to work a variety of shifts with your earliest shift start time being 6am and your latest shift end time being 7pm.  Your working hours will include weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and enjoy working with people

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification
