In this role you will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping Cleaning Operation, for Executive Accommodation. By providing sufficient training and development of all colleagues within the department to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are achieved, along with high standards of service and guest care and to contribute to the achievement of all departmental targets.

You will undertake regular cleaning duties, whilst also assisting with the supervision of a team.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting to determine staffing levels in-line with occupancy forecasts
  • Supporting with sickness and absence management
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained by completing audits
  • Taking charge of the team in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor


You will be contracted to work 92 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

You will be required to work a variety of shifts including Monday and Friday 10am – 2:45pm, weekdays and alternate weekends 10am – 2:30pm and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

Desirable requirements:

  • Supervisory experience
