ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Division as a Training Delivery Manager, the purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of the training and development service to meet current and future business objectives.
Managing a team of 2 directly and supported by departmental based trainers you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of training is planned, delivered, recorded and reviewed in accordance with company policy.
You will assist our various departments by developing and retaining high calibre guest focused employees through the delivery of a diverse range of inspirational and motivational training programmes that support our business needs.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
Normal working hours will be 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required.
