We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Division as a Training Delivery Manager, the purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of the training and development service to meet current and future business objectives.

Managing a team of 2 directly and supported by departmental based trainers you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of training is planned, delivered, recorded and reviewed in accordance with company policy.

You will assist our various departments by developing and retaining high calibre guest focused employees through the delivery of a diverse range of inspirational and motivational training programmes that support our business needs.


You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.    

Normal working hours will be 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required.


Essential requirements:

  • Experience in co-ordinating and delivering training across a diverse range of subjects, preferably within a customer service environment.
  • Previous experience of delivering management development training at a middle management level and operational training.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills particularly those associated with coaching and influencing to inspire confidence and establish credibility
  • CIPD qualified with Certificate in Learning & Development or equivalent
  • Experience of using Microsoft office packages to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of managing a small team

Desirable requirements:

  • Knowledge of Investors In People and Hospitality Assured
  • Competent user of advanced Excel functionality to include pivot tables, look up tables and macros
  • Proven experience in Training design
