Every year our villages fall under a captivating spell and transform into an enchanting Winter Wonderland. With twinkling lights, glittering decorations and Santa’s Woodland Workshop, the forest comes alive with the anticipation of Christmas.


Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 04 January 2022 or 03 March 2022.

We are looking for a team of festive Food and Beverage Elves who love the spirit of Christmas and will help deliver the magic to our guests. You will provide a professional Santa’s Woodland Workshop experience, ensuring the highest standards are maintained to give the best possible experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. As the face of Center Parcs, you will ensure our guests leave satisfied by serving them in an efficient yet professional manner, actively seeking out opportunities to exceed their expectations.


Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 04 January 2022 or 03 March 2022.

We have both full and part-time contracts available with a variety of shift patterns Monday to Sunday, including daytime, evenings or a mix of both. Flexibility will be required as our village is open 365 days of the year, so you will need to be able to work some weekends and public/bank holidays on a rota basis.


You will have a confident, kind and happy nature, along with plenty of enthusiasm. You will also be able to engage with and built a rapport with people of all ages.

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Naturally cheerful
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and guests
  • A patient and friendly nature

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with children
  • Previous acting / entertainment experience
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification
