We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Housekeeping team.  In this role, you will provide full administration support to the Housekeeping Services Manager and wider Housekeeping department.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support with Housekeeping Helpdesk queries and calls
  • Inputting weekly timesheets and coordinating period end adjustments
  • Answering the telephone and reporting any defects or problems that may occur
  • Raising orders on the online system, processing delivery notes & invoices
  • Typing various documents, reports, letters etc.
  • Recording holiday forms and sickness absence records

The successful candidate will be naturally cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic whilst being able to perform under pressure.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.


You will be contracted to work 32 hours per 4 week period, on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive your contracted hours each period.

You will be required to work alternate weekends both Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am to 5pm.


Essential requirements:

  • GCSE English Grade C or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite in particular Word & Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
