At Center Parcs, we take the health and safety of our guests very seriously, and as our Compliance L&D Specialist you will be paramount in ensuring that we do this in the best way.  Working alongside many established teams in the business, you will support compliance in the areas of ‘Legal’ and ‘Technical and Professional’ training, from induction to the day to day operational activities for over 9500 colleagues.

In this role, you will be required to efficiently run and analyse training reports to understand where compliance training and development is required and to source, coordinate and communicate compliance training solutions working with internal partners and external providers.   

To be successful in this role, you will have great stakeholder management skills to engage with our Brand Leads, to understand divisional requirements which will enable you and your team to source, arrange and deliver relevant, engaging and cost-effective learning solutions.

You will work with the business to maintain our high compliance reputation, ensuring colleagues are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to protect themselves and others.


You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week).  Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however occasional flexibility will be required. 

Please note that due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, you will temporarily be required to work remotely from home.


Essential skills, qualifications and experience:

  • A high level of reporting, evaluating and analysing skill
  • Problem-solving, project management, and risk management skills
  • Strong communicator and comfortable with internal and external stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
  • Minimum of two years’ experience producing and analysing data, shared with stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Full UK driving licence and the ability to drive, with some flexibility to visit each village twice a year

Additional experience, qualifications or skills that would certainly add value to your application:

  • Knowledge of learning and development
  • Minimum two years compliance or risk management experience
  • Experience providing compliance guidance within a manufacturing, hospitality or retail environment
  • Experience of coordinating and evaluating learning and development activities
  • Experience of using a HR Information System and using online training packages
  • Experience of managing a team
