ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Services Administrator plays a key role within the Technical Services Department. They are the collator and custodian of the department statutory and mandatory compliance records. Their role involves dealing directly with technical services Team and external contractors.
In addition to this, the Technical Services Administrator is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Department Managers and the Technical Services Manager, including writing meeting notes and raising electronic purchase orders.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 72 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis.
Your hours of work will be 8am – 2:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and may also include some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.
