ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our Head Office HR Shared Services team on a fixed term contract until 3 January 2020 to cover maternity leave.
In this role you will be responsible for all HR system data input, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, absence entry, maternity, paternity and changes to employee details, ensuring the data contained on the system is updated and maintained accurately at all times. You will also be required to take support calls and answer emails in relation to our HR employee and manager self-service portal.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a fixed-term contract until 3 January 2020.
Our normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday however some weekend working will be required every 4th weekend to support payroll processing.
