ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Team with disposal of kitchen waste and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash up areas. Responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, carrying out cleaning duties as specified by the kitchen manager and adhering to company COSHH regulations and ISO standards.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week.
You will be required to be fully flexible Monday – Sunday and work a mixture of daytime and evening shifts plus some public / bank holidays. Shifts are straight and will fall between the hours of 6am and 12 midnight.
