ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Linen Assistant Supervisor you will be responsible for a team of up to 3 Linen Assistants. You main duties will include the co-ordination and delivery of all linen items within your team as well as the safe loading and unloading of linen vehicles. You must ensure your team deliver supplies to all accommodation units within your area in a timely and efficient manner. You may also be required to order and deliver additional inventory items and sundries to guest accommodation.

You role also requires you to support the training and development needs of your team members and regularly report to the Head of Department.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 56 hours per 4 week period, on a flexible basis.  You will predominantly work on a Monday and Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 4pm.

Please note your working hours will include public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be willing to work outside in all weathers.

Essential requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience within the cleaning industry
