ABOUT THE ROLE
Aqua Sana at Center Parcs provides the perfect Spa escape in a luxurious setting, with state of the art facilities, right in the heart of the forest. Utilising a range of industry leading products, as well as benefiting from innovative treatment partners such as and Elemis and Voya, it offers our guests a unique and extra special experience…and one which they’ll always remember.
As one of a small team of Assistant Managers, you’ll support and work under the direction of the Aqua Sana Spa Manager, ensuring everything is in place to make our guests feel genuinely welcome and ready to be indulged, confident we will deliver on our promise to refresh, relax and renew.
Acting as a Duty Manager and with specific responsibility for your own area of operation – the Spa itself, you’ll enjoy setting the standards for others to follow, delivering a service that consistently exceeds already high guest expectations. We’ll expect you to monitor both financial and staff performance, as well as manage the payroll within set budgets, whilst striving to maximise and develop all daily revenue opportunities.
This is without doubt an exciting opportunity to make your mark, which requires proven performers, with at least 2 years relevant management/supervisory experience in a Spa or Beauty setting, who can effectively lead, motivate and develop their own team. Alongside this, you should be a confident communicator, able to demonstrate a genuine customer focus and a real desire to deliver an unrivalled experience for your guests. In terms of back-office know how, we’re looking for a good knowledge of financial controls and computerised booking systems, whilst proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) would also prove advantageous.
