ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our team of Instructors on a fixed-term basis.
Working for the Outdoor Activity Centre, you will coach and supervise our guests and corporate clients, ensuring they have a fun, action packed and memorable experience with us.
This role is both exciting and physically challenging. Responsibilities will include setting up and organising a wide range of activities as well as maintaining the equipment on site, ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines. You will also be responsible for keeping the Outdoor Activity Centre clean and tidy presenting a professional image to our guests at all times.
Please note the hourly rate will increase to £9.14 per hour once all training/qualifications have been completed.
HOURS OF WORK
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until September 2018.
You will be contracted to work 128 hours per 4 week period working on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each 4 week period.
As our Village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours may include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
