ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office team as M&E Assets Manager. Reporting to the Group Technical Services Manager, you will predominantly focus on electrical projects but will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a substantial portfolio of annual mechanical and electrical capital projects.
In this role, you will ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and relevant timescales and according to operational requirements. You will be the custodian and protector of village M&E systems, establishing detailed asset management plans and ensuring compliance to relevant legislation for M&E plant and equipment.
The successful candidate will have good attention to detail and a flexible approach. Excellent communication skills are also required as you will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
Please note that a significant amount of business travel is required for this role.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period. Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required for this role.
