Starbucks is all about great coffee, great times, in a great place with a great team. You would be part of the Center Parcs team whilst working as part of an international brand.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, quick thinking team player to join our team.  You will be responsible for serving guests at the till area; creating the perfect beverage, assisting in the preparation of simple dishes, ensuring tables, chairs and floors are kept clean at all times and ensuring that guests receive the best service possible.


You will be contracted to work either 96 or 150 hours per 4 week period, working on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. 

You will be required to work a variety of shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm with occasional later openings during our Winter Wonderland season (7.30am – 4pm / 10am – 7pm) including weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and enjoy working with people

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification
