ABOUT THE ROLE

Marketing Executive - Brand and Content

In this role, you will work with the Senior Brand and Content Manager to support the planning, creation and delivery of on-brand content, for Center Parcs in the UK and Ireland.

You will be the point of contact for other Center Parcs functions including brand, digital, on village, customer services, IT, human resources and learning and development; taking their written briefs and working with our in-house design studio to produce and provide the creative assets required.

As guardian of the Center Parcs brand, you will ensure that all assets and outputs produced are on brand, on tone of voice and meeting the high standards that we require.

You will ensure that all outputs created by the team are as good as can be creatively.  This is a key role in creating engaging branded content, that inspires and engages our audience, building on their love for the brand.  The postholder will develop, guide and protect the Center Parcs brand, using the brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone of voice, look and feel across all brand outputs.

As the ideal candidate, you will have good communication and literacy skills along with an excellent eye for detail.  You will have proven stakeholder manager skills and be highly motivated about brand and content output.

Previous experience of working with creative agencies, copywriters and designers would be desirable.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week).  Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however occasional flexibility may be required.

Essential skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Evidence of ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Good communication and literacy skills
  • Excellent eye for detail, grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Direct experience in a marketing or brand function
  • Highly motivated & passionate about brand and content output
  • Great organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Desirable skills, qualifications and experience: 

  • Experience working with creative agencies, copywriters and designers
  • Experience in acting as the brand guardian in a business environment
