ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office team as a part-time Food & Beverage and Retail Analyst on a fixed-term contract commencing January 2019 for 12 months.
Reporting to the Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and reporting on Food & Beverage (F&B) and Retail performance across all of the Center Parcs UK villages, making recommendations to ensure the company maximises revenue and profit opportunities.
This role will have a strong link to the F&B Financial Controller and you will assist in creating and reporting on relevant KPI’s for the business.
Whilst this is a replacement role within the business, lots of new areas of opportunity have been identified and so the successful candidate will need to be a confident self-starter.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a fixed-term contract commencing January 2019 for 12 months.
You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4 week period (30 hours per week). Normal Head Office opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Exact working hours will be discussed with the successful candidate, however Friday working is a requirement for this role.
