At Center Parcs all our accommodation has been designed and built to the highest standards, so we need our team to uphold these standards and exceed guest expectation. Our Accommodation Services and Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 460 Lodges, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces. That’s why it’s the largest team on each village.

Reporting to the Accommodation Services and Housekeeping Manager, you will be required to assist, support and where relevant deputise in all aspects of the division’s activity in accordance with company strategy & culture, objectives, standards, policies, and financial targets. 

You will manage the team of Accommodation Zone Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient Housekeeping service across the business. 

Duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Overseeing and providing guidance to the Accommodation Zone Managers to ensure all Housekeeping processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Deputising for the Accommodation Services and Housekeeping Manager in their absence, for example attending meetings on their behalf and ensuring the smooth running of the department
  • Producing and analysing key statistics, identifying trends and following up on any adverse results
  • Participating in disciplinary and grievance investigations/hearings to ensure relevant issues are dealt with formally
  • Providing advice and coaching to Managers
  • Participating/assisting with midweek and weekend Duty Management
  • Complete a periodic business review with all housekeeping units to meet Company objectives and targets
  • Analyse, monitor, and report on guest service satisfaction levels and take the appropriate actions to meet Delivering Excellent Service targets in all units


You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

As our Village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours may include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis. 


Essential requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience within the hospitality or facilities industry
  • Experience in managing large teams across a multi-site or regional role
  • Demonstratable experience and skills in the areas of effective communication, coaching, change management and emotional intelligence.
  • A strong commercial background, analytical skills and an ability to interpret financial reports is required in order to maintain standards, ensure compliance and deliver against village financial targets and other KPI’s
  • Solution focused with high drive and a positive attitude 

Desirable requirements: 

  • Relevant management or cleaning qualification
