We are looking to appoint an Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist with leading a kitchen brigade dedicated to providing a first class service and excellent food quality to our guests.
Responsibilities will include:
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive your contracted hours each period.
Shifts are straight and will typically fall between 8am and 11pm over a 5 day week. Some seasonal variations may apply and this will include working weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.
