WHY JOIN US?
You won’t find another swimming pool like ours in Ireland. Our Subtropical Swimming Paradise is the focal point of every village. We have slides, whirlpools, splash areas for our younger guests, underwater activities to enjoy and cabanas to kick back and relax in. Our Lifeguards are present and involved in each area and activity, so your job will be incredibly diverse.
We’re a team. Imagine working in an environment where support and wellbeing are second nature. Our team of Lifeguards and managers extend their experience and knowledge as often as they can, so we can all work together to achieve guest excellence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in a large team, you’ll be allocated general cleaning and testing duties to make sure the pool is safe for guests. Once we open, you’ll be on rotation with other Lifeguards, monitoring various activities and attractions on a 30 minute cycle, as well as supervising guest leisure activities. At each of the lifeguard stations you’ll be expected to maintain guest safety, whilst ensuring they are happy in their environment.

Each day will bring different duties around the pool, from pool, slide and water safety checks, through to cleaning, tidying and generally being on hand to provide a great service to our guests. This means that you’ll need to be the sort of person who loves helping others and thinks nothing of going over and beyond expectations.
Essential qualifications and experience:
We’d love you to have your First Aid certification already but our training is very comprehensive and we’ll help you attain this if not. We also hold monthly first aid refresher courses, so our guests are confident in our ability to support their care and safety.
