Administrator- Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. That’s why it’s the largest team on each Village.

ADMINISTRATOR - HOUSEKEEPING

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Housekeeping team. In this role, you will provide confident administrative support to the Housekeeping department.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Data input for recording purposes
  • Raising orders, processing delivery notes and invoicing in line with the company on-line procurement system
  • Collation of management reports including guest service scores, absence statistics, and staff performance
  • Supporting the Housekeeping training team with a range of admin tasks
  • Filing and taking telephone calls

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will generally be Monday- Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. 

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working as an Administrator
  • Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel
  • English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent
