Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and driving the financial & operational performance of the village retail operation, including The Parc Market, Refresh and Treats.  In addition you will oversee the village vending operation along with having the responsibility for the Daily Operating Standards of Concessions.

In liaison with the UK Retail Operations Manager and the Village Food & Beverage Manager you will implement agreed budgets for all resources including Personnel, Operational costs and Revenue generation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing approximately 60 colleagues, including an Assistant Manager and a team of Supervisors, this will include all aspects of performance management, appraisals, training and development.


You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period.  This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.    

Your working hours will fall between 6am and 9.30pm to include some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • To demonstrate proven commercial acumen and have experience in budgeting, forecasting and experience of financial control
  • Previous experience of managing teams
  • Previous experience of working in a multi-site environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to lead the team in excellent customer care
  • Good knowledge of food & liquor and licensing laws

Desirable requirements:

  • Personal licence holder
  • Retail / Customer Service qualification - HND/Degree level desirable
  • Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Competence of MS Office Programmes
  • Experience of Retail EPOS (Electronic Points of Sale)/Stock Control
