ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office Sales & Marketing team on a fixed- term contract to cover maternity leave until July 2022.
In this role, you will manage the day to day marketing and support for all on village marketing. Working closely with colleagues across the department, you will help drive marketing activities that support the generation of revenue and profit from the Food, Beverage and Retail (FBR) divisions.

This role will have responsibility for one Head Office based Marketing Executive and will also take joint dotted line responsibility for a Marketing Coordinator based at 3 of our villages. Strong people management skills are therefore required.
In addition, this role will partner with the Head of Business Intelligence and Head of Digital and Media (and/or their delegates) to ensure Sales and Marketing provide strategic and tactical marketing guidance to optimise their capabilities, guidance and support for driving on village revenues.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave until July 2022.
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period. Normal Head Office working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, please note that flexibility will be required in this role as you will visit all villages on a regular basis to provide presence and profile for the team, to build and maintain relationships and to monitor marketing standards. Overnight stays will also be required.
