ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Kitchen Porter / Steward, you will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Team with disposal of kitchen waste and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash up areas. Responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, carrying out cleaning duties as specified by the kitchen manager and adhering to company COSHH regulations and ISO standards.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
You will be required to work mainly evening shifts between the hours of 2pm and 12 midnight with the occasional day time shift on a Monday and Friday. You may also be required to work weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.
