ABOUT THE ROLE

Digital Accessibility and CMS Executive – up to £24,000 per annum dependent upon experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team.

In this role, you will support the Digital User Experience Manager to ensure that all Center Parcs websites (including Center Parcs, Aqua Sana, Corporate & B2B sites) are accessible to the agreed standards, and that all content and developments are compliant with the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating content in the content management system in order to create 'best in class' customer journeys, which drive customer satisfaction and ultimately increased conversion, average transaction value rates and revenue.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of website accessibility and will be able to demonstrate their experience.  Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams and agencies.

A strong understanding of content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager would be desirable.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week).  Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required. 

Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and homeworking.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of website accessibility, with demonstratable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to build relationships both with internal teams & external teams and agencies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Degree level education in marketing / business and/or work experience in digital marketing

Desirable requirements:

  • Strong understanding of content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience within a leisure or travel environment
  • Project management experience
  • A good eye for website design and engaging copy
  • A basic understanding of SEO
