At Center Parcs all our accommodation has been designed and built to the highest standards, so we need a team to uphold these standards and exceed guest expectation. Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. That’s why it’s the largest team on each Village.

You will be responsible for delivering lodge inventory to the housekeeping team and guests on Village.  This can include; cots, highchairs, large sofas and smaller soft furnishing items.  You will also assist the linen team with the delivery of bedding and linen items when required.  

Other duties will include making beds, assisting with laundry and emptying and re-loading of vans.

Excellent communication skills are required as you will ensure a polite and timely response to all inventory calls and make sure that guest requests take priority.


You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

Your hours of work will fall between 8am and 10pm including alternate weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • Must hold a full driving licence
  • Must have a good level of spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience within the cleaning industry
