ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join the team in the Pancake House.  In the style of a traditional Dutch kitchen, the Pancake House offers diners the option of eating inside or al fresco on our heated terrace.

In this role, you will have the chance to learn and progress from the ground floor up, helping with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food.  Working to the highest standards and in an environment that combines popular menus and quality food with the very best in service. 

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 100 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

Your hours of work will fall between 7am and 9pm including weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience within a kitchen environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
