We are now looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager, with leadership, drive and a commitment to deliver service excellence to join our Food and Beverage team within the very popular fine dining Indian restaurant, Rajinda Pradesh.  This restaurant is open every evening offering a wide range of contemporary, authentic Indian dishes which are made using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.

As Restaurant Manager, you will relish leading, motivating and directing the activities of your own team, planning and overseeing the smooth running of both the front of house and back of house operations… doing what you do best, delivering an excellent service to each and every guest.

You will be an experienced, highly skilled manager, who is used to achieving great results in a busy restaurant / bar.  Having great commercial awareness, you will have experience of spend-per-head, cost of sales, labour ratio analysis and delivery of bottom line profits.


Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis.  This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each 4 week period. 

Rajinda Pradesh is an evening operation open Tuesday – Sunday.  You will be required to work some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Manager of a Restaurant / Bar
  • A good standard of education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths/A levels) or equivalent
  • Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Word/Excel, etc)

Desirable requirements:

  • A formal qualification – BTEC/Degree, HNC/OND or equivalent
  • Intermediate Health & Safety and/or First Aid at Work certificate would be advantageous
  • A formal catering qualification e.g. City and Guilds 706/2 NVQ or similar
