ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting for Bar and Waiting Team Members to join our Food and Beverage team.

Your day to day duties will include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, bar service, cash handling and maintaining a clean working environment.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. As the face of Center Parcs, you will ensure our guests leave satisfied by serving them in an efficient yet professional manner, actively seeking out opportunities to exceed their expectations.

HOURS OF WORK

We have various contracts available working on a flexible basis;

  • 150 hours per 4 week period – A variety of mid-week, evening and weekend shifts between the hours of 7.30am and 12 midnight.
  • 32 and 96 hours per 4 week period – Evening and weekend shifts with various afternoon and early evening start times.

This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within Food and Beverage
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification
