At Center Parcs all our accommodation has been designed and built to the highest standards, so we need a team to uphold these standards and exceed guest expectation. Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team.
In this role, you will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping cleaning operation, by providing sufficient training and development to your team. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are achieved to our public areas and office space and monitor cleaning standards.
Other responsibilities will include contributing to the achievement of all departmental targets, assisting with the organisation and allocation of duties and ensuring the wellbeing and motivation of your team.
Good verbal and written communication skills will be required, along with an organised and methodical approach to work. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, have a motivational approach with their team and have previous managerial / supervisory experience.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
Your hours of work will fall between 10am and 10pm including weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.
