The Guest Services team handle the check-in of around 4,000 guests twice a week at each Village, and are the key point of contact for guest queries, concerns and issues at any time of day or year. Each Guest Services team is integral to delivering an experience that will exceed guests’ expectations, from the moment they drive into Center Parcs, until the moment they leave.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Station Host is based between the Village and Flitwick Station and will involve working at both locations and regularly travelling between the two.
The hotel reception is the main point of contact for guests departing from Flitwick and the Village by train and is also open outside of shuttle hours to take queries from both hotel guests and other guests around village.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them onto the Train, answering queries and clear communication to the Village ensuring the smooth pickup of our Guests from Flitwick Train Station and transfer to the Village.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 80 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
Shifts will fall on Mondays and Fridays and as our Village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours may include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
