ABOUT THE ROLE

To support the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Sports and Leisure Facilities and Pottery Studio including, but not exclusively: Court and table hire, equipment hire, Gym, Pottery Studio, Leisure Booking Desk, House of Games, Leisure Bowl.

Assist in maintaining a high standard of guest care and set high standards in building management and leisure facilities and equipment. To motivate and develop team members associated with these areas.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period.  This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.    

Your hours of work will fall between 7am and 12 midnight including weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • 2 Year’s Supervisory experience
  • Experience of budgetary controls and P&L Management
  • High degree of organisational skills / planning experience
  • Excellent people skills
  • Attention to detail in delivering high facility standards

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous work experience of other Leisure departments would be advantageous
