ABOUT THE ROLE 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy Head Office team as Operations Secretary. 

In this role, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head Office F&B and Retail Team. You will support all aspects of the Food & Beverage and Retail Head Office function in the successfully delivery of the menu road map and key strategic objectives for the team.

Other responsibilities will include typing, maintaining busy diaries, planning and organising meetings, taking actions and minutes of meetings and co-ordinating / organising travel and accommodation.

Previous experience of working as a Secretary to senior management level is essential for this role. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and proactive approach and the ability to work on their own initiative and without close supervision.

HOURS OF WORK 

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4 week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal Head Office opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

ABOUT YOU 

Essential requirements: 

  • Experience as working as a Secretary to Senior Management level
  • GCSE English, Grade C or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Confidentiality
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and without close supervision
