Set in hundreds of acres of beautiful forest, our new Center Parcs resort – Longford Forest - will welcome 250,000 guests each year, providing the very best facilities and activities. To transform our vision into a reality, we’re looking for an incredible and unstoppable team of around 1,000 employees – and this is a unique opportunity to be involved from the start.

Our Cycle Centre is set to be a thriving hub and key area of activity, as well as being a very busy operation with its own retail shop that’s designed to fulfil the needs of each and every guest…whatever their age.

Our dedicated team of Assistants are responsible for ensuring our cycles and equipment are ready to hire out to our guests twice per week.

As part of the Cycle Centre team you will be required to deliver excellent service to our guests when allocating cycles and selling cycle accessories from the Cycle Centre shop.

This is a practical customer facing role, requiring a cheerful and confident communicator, who would relish the chance to undertake a busy and physically demanding job that’s right at the heart of village life.

Essential requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to cope in pressurised situations due to the busy nature of the cycle centre business
  • Physically capable of carrying out the demands of the role

Desirable requirements:

  • Cytech Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service or retail environment

Please note that the role may differ initially to when the resort is open and fully operational so flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to help out as required are key requirements.

We have various full and part-time contracts available, working on a flexible basis which means your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive your contracted hours each period.

Once the village is operational your working hours could include evenings, weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.

Center Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique. Here are just a few:

  • Staff bonus scheme
  • Contributed pension scheme
  • Free use of leisure facilities
  • Discounted Center Parcs breaks
  • 20% discount in restaurant and retail outlets

If this sounds like your ideal job, and you’d like to be in at the start of something great, then we’d love to see your application.
