Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. In this role you will support our Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the cleaning operation.  Good verbal and written communication skills will be required, along with an organised and methodical approach to work. 

You will undertake regular cleaning duties, whilst also assisting with the supervision of a team.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with training and development requirements for the team
  • Supporting with sickness and absence management
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained by completing audits
  • Taking charge of the team in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor


You will be contracted to work 80 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis.  Your normal hours of work will be between 7pm and 1am to will include some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
  • Previous supervisory experience

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience within the cleaning industry
