This is a fixed-term contract until 2 February 2020.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective guests, you’ll be an ambassador for the business, setting the scene and standards for things to come…and that’s why it’s essential we get it right first time.

Handling incoming enquiries, with a focus on the up selling of our products and services, we’ll expect you to quickly establish strong relationships and be capable of delivering a first-class service that’s fully reflective of our status and reputation.

These are key frontline roles, ideally suited to proven performers from a similar contact centre or telesales background.  With experience of working to targets combined with strong sales skills and a genuine customer focus, you’re sure to flourish in the forest here at Center Parcs.

Full training will be provided for this role. 

All successful candidates must be able to commit to a training programme which will take place from Monday 23 September 2019 to Friday 4 October 2019 inclusive, between the hours of 9am and 5pm.


This is a fixed-term contract until 2 February 2020.

We have the following fixed-term contracts available:

  • 160 hours per 4-week period (full-time)
  • 80 hours per 4-week period (part-time)

Your hours of work will be allocated on a flexible basis, which means that your shifts will be allocated according to demand.  Your start time and end time could therefore vary each day with your earliest shift start time being 8.30am and your latest shift end time being 9pm. 

Your working hours will therefore include daytime, evenings, weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high standard of spelling and grammar
  • PC literate with accurate keyboard skills
  • Previous experience of working within a customer service or sales role
  • The ability to work effectively when under pressure
