Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. ABOUT THE ROLE

Within this role you will be required to carry out general cleaning duties including stripping and remaking beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping patios, checking and replenishing the inventory and reporting any technical or quality faults.

The ideal candidates will ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is achieved and maintained across our guest accommodation, have a good eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 

Our guest accommodation is spread out across the forest environment, which you will reach by cycle or up to a maximum of 15 minutes’ walk.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 83 hours per 4 week period on a flexible rota basis.  Hours of work will be between 10am and 2:45pm working both week-days and weekends on a rota basis. Your working hours will include working some public / bank holidays.

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • The confidence to work independently

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience within the cleaning industry
