ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting for Bar and Waiting Team Members to join our Food and Beverage team.

Your day to day duties will include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, bar service, cash handling and maintaining a clean working environment.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.  As the face of Center Parcs, you will ensure our guests leave satisfied by serving them in an efficient yet professional manner, actively seeking out opportunities to exceed their expectations.

HOURS OF WORK

We have various contracts available working on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

  • 80 hours per 4 week period working mainly evening shifts between the hours of 4pm and 12 midnight with the occasional daytime shifts on Monday and Friday
  • 120 hours per 4 week period working between the hours of 8am and 9pm

Please note your working hours will also include some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within Food and Beverage
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification
