ABOUT THE ROLE

Aqua Sana at Center Parcs provides the perfect Spa escape in a luxurious setting, with state of the art facilities, right in the heart of the forest. Utilising a range of industry leading products, as well as benefiting from innovative treatment partners such as and Elemis and Voya, it offers our guests a unique and extra special experience…and one which they’ll always remember.

As a Receptionist, you will provide a professional, prompt and friendly service to all guests as they arrive to the Aqua Sana Spa Reception, in line with Company and industry standards.  You will ensure the smooth running of the reception area on a day to day basis, taking care of all guest bookings and queries ensuring treatment and retail sales are maximised and we deliver the highest standard of guest care and profitability. 

ABOUT YOU

Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.

Essential requirements: 

  • Excellent guest care and rapport with people
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Desirable requirements: 

  • Previous experience of working as a Receptionist within a customer service environment
  • Beauty/Spa knowledge 

HOURS OF WORK 

This is a fixed-term role until January 2022.

You will be contracted to work 60 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. You will be required to work 2 x 7.5 hour shifts per week, which will include mid-week and weekends.

Flexibility will be required to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
