Uniform Coordinator

UNIFORM COORDINATOR | €10.20 per hour

We are now looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our Housekeeping team as a Uniform Coordinator

In this role you will report to the Linen and Logistics Manager and will assist in the smooth running of the busy Uniform Department including ordering and distribution of uniform to our employees, liaising with suppliers and all levels of staff regarding uniform queries.

Duties will include:

  • Ordering of uniform via the in-house ordering system ensuring the uniform budgets are adhered to
  • The co-ordination and distribution of uniform to our employees on village, liaising with departmental Managers accordingly
  • Maintaining records with regard to uniform issue and monitoring uniform stock levels, including returned uniform

Process incoming and outgoing lost property, maintaining the lost property log and dealing with guest and colleague queries regarding lost property.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and ideally a background within the hospitality industry. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a wider team.

A friendly and professional persona and the ability to work well under pressure are a must for this busy role.

Essential requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good levels of literacy - report completion and safety checks are a vital part of the role 

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience within the hospitality industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.  

Your working hours will include days, evenings, weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
