As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective guests, you’ll be an ambassador for the business, setting the scene and standards for things to come.…and that’s why it’s essential we get it right first time.

Handling incoming enquiries, with a focus on the up-selling of our products and services, we’ll expect you to quickly establish strong relationships and be capable of delivering a first class service that’s fully reflective of our status and reputation.

These are key frontline roles, ideally suited to proven performers from a similar contact centre or customer service background.  If you enjoy speaking to people and have excellent customer service experience, then apply now.  

Full training will be provided for this role.  Successful candidates must be able to complete the following training programme, which will take place at our Head Office in New Ollerton:

Monday 13 December 2021 for 2 weekstraining will be full-time between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of Christmas Eve whereby training will finish by 1pm.  Once full training has been undertaken to a satisfactory level, you will revert to your contracted hours and will be able to work from home.  The Contact Centre is closed on Christmas Day (25 December) and Boxing Day (26 December) but will be open as usual from Monday 27 December.


We have full time and part time homeworking opportunities available as follows: 

  • 5 x 8 hour shifts per week (total 40 hours per week)
  • 5 x 6 hour shifts per week (total 30 hours per week)
  • 5 x 5 hour shifts per week (total 25 hours per week)
  • 5 x 4 hour shifts per week (total 20 hours per week)

Your hours of work will be allocated on a flexible basis, which means that your shifts will be allocated according to demand.  Your start time and end time could vary each day.  The earliest shift start time is 8.30am and the latest shift end time is 9pm.

Your working hours will include daytime, evenings, weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.


Essential skills, qualifications and experience: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high standard of spelling and grammar
  • PC literate with accurate keyboard skills
  • Previous experience of working within a sales / customer service / contact centre role
  • The ability to work effectively when under pressure
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
