HR Project Data Administrator (5 month fixed term contract)

 

JOB SUMMARY:

A great opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing collaborative HR Department. The HR Project Data Administrator plays a pivotal in supporting the People & Culture Department with efficient administration and systems. This role will work closely with the People Operations Manager to ensure that the department is compliant and running efficiently. A main priority of this role will be to carry out people data audits and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the HRIS platform. This is key role that will be influential in maintaining strong data integrity and compliant foundations for the People & Culture Department.

 

 

Salary: Up to £29,000

 

We are completely open to someone that either wants a full time role or a part-time role doing 32 hours a week

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as HR Administrator
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
  • CIPD level 3 preferred

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out a full comprehensive audit of all electronic files, ensuring up-to date employment documentation and organising in a consistent manner.
  • Maintain and update employee data.
  • Ensure personnel files are up to date and organised and take responsibility for all electrical filing
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and compliant HR Database
  • Input and update information in the relevant systems and / or spreadsheets with a high level or accuracy. Perform data verification and ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with the People Operations Manager in liaising with HRIS account managers to improve data accuracy and efficiency of the HRIS.
  • Maintaining confidentiality during discussions, meetings, and interactions with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting HR initiatives and projects
  • To provide support and general administration to the People Department

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
