About the role
Big on pizzas, pasta and great value, Piccolo Brasserie is a bustling slice of Italy, right here in Crieff Hydro. The open plan kitchen is built around Big Nonna – the not-so-little secret behind our perfectly stone baked pizzas. But our pizzaiolo is the real star. He knows how to get the best from the speciality ingredients we ship straight from the mother country – and the one’s that arrive bristlingly fresh from Scotland’s larder.
You'll help prepare and cook food for up to 100 people on busy days. You’ll also have opportunities to train in our Brasserie restaurant too, creating our new French food concept.
Do you have what it takes?
You'll have previous kitchen experience, be passionate about Italian food, and as we have an open kitchen, you'll also have the personality to engage with our guests.
