About the role
Our Meikle Restaurant is steeped in tradition (but it’s never stuffy) and takes pride in showcasing fabulous Scottish produce, lovingly prepared in the traditions of great British cooking, with a modern twist. As Commis Chef, you’ll be part of dynamic brigade dealing with Scottish produce, that’s got to have your juices flowing.
Do you have what it takes?
You'll help prepare and cook food for busy breakfasts and around 250 dinners on busy days.
You'll have previous kitchen experience, be passionate about British cooking, and working with freshly sourced local produce. We're also all about our SMILE values so you'll also have the personality to fit into our motivated and friendly team of chefs.
You'll work a variety of shift patterns, mainly breakfast and dinner service.
