Our Brasserie restaurant is big and bustling and has a fabulous informal feel for our guests who repeatedly return to enjoy our freshly prepared produce. As Commis Chef, you’ll be part of dynamic brigade, who’re creating our new French food concept, and that’s got to have your juices flowing. You’ll also have opportunities to train in our Piccolo Brasserie restaurant too, where you’ll work in an open kitchen, preparing fresh pizzas.

Do you have what it takes?

You'll help prepare and cook food for over 200 people on busy days.

You'll have previous kitchen experience, be passionate about French cooking, and working with freshly sourced local produce. We're also all about our SMILE values so you'll also have the personality to fit into our motivated and friendly team of chefs.
