Privacy Notice
Our Privacy Notice describes what Derby College Group does with the personal information it is provided with.
We will treat all information you provide in confidence and keep it secure on our HR system. We will use it for the purpose of helping our recruitment process and for payroll and administration purposes if your application is successful.
We will share it with other officers involved in the recruitment process including managers, human resource officers and departmental support employees. We will not disclose your application form to other organisations or use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
The recruiting manager will only have access to certain pages of the application form, including your name, email address, contact details (excluding your home address), employment history, education and training, supporting statement and information on the additional information page.
If you are unsuccessful, we will destroy your application form twelve months after we have made the appointment. We will only hold information beyond twelve months with your consent.
