As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business, leading a fantastic team to provide top-notch service in a fun and dynamic setting. What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Management

  • Take charge of daily store operations, inspiring and motivating your team with your hands-on approach.
  • Recruit, retain, coach, and develop your team members to create a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Work closely with your Area Manager and Head Office teams (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Quality Standards and Health & Safety

  • Ensure we meet all legal requirements by implementing our standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Operations Evaluation Report (OER) and strive to meet and exceed these standards.
  • Train your team on health and safety practices, food hygiene, and security procedures to keep everyone safe and compliant.

Operational Priorities

  • Aim for high standards in service delivery and customer satisfaction, focusing on weekly KPIs related to sales, food cost, and more.
  • Drive exciting company-wide marketing campaigns to boost sales and growth.
  • Address any employee relations issues and manage performance in line with company guidelines.
  • Proactively respond to customer complaints, using feedback to identify training opportunities and improve service.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Availability

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant or equivalent role in the hospitality sector.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Solid experience working with food and a thorough understanding of food hygiene standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop diverse teams in busy environments.

Skills:

  • Strong people skills with the ability to give clear instructions and support.
  • High levels of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confident in resolving conflicts with both customers and team members.
