Solicitor – Read Estate (CAMID) - Belfast
DWF is now seeking to recruit a Solicitors (3-5 PQE+) to join the Real Estate team within our Belfast office.
Our Real Estate Practice Group deal with all aspects of real estate legal issues, including high-value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development (including regeneration projects) and the creation and treatment of all kinds of investments. We act for landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across the sector. We also work with landlords and tenants within the institutional, telecoms, corporate, retail and public sectors – including education and local government.
The National Asset Management & Investment Team are growing and have recently created new role for someone who will predominantly act for a range of real estate clients such as property companies, listed property funds, investors, developers and private equity firms in relation to their property portfolio, investment and asset management work. The transactional Real Estate work will include day to day portfolio management such as acquisitions and disposals and lease management. You will have the opportunity to work for some of DWF's largest and most prestigious clients. The strategic partnerships with those clients generate plenty of high value real estate work and also offer an excellent opportunity for the Solicitor to further develop their client exposure skills.

Ideally dual qualified in the UK and NI, however this is only desirable and not essential.
