Bank Reconciliations Team Leader – Manchester – Permanent

In order to support the activities of our Finance Shared Services function, we are looking to recruit a Bank Reconciliations (Cash & Bank) Team Leader to join our Manchester office on a permanent basis.

The newly amalgamated Cash & Bank team at DWF combines the cashiering and bank reconciliation functions and works across multiple sites including Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds to provide support to the whole firm.

You will lead a small team of Cash & Bank Specialists who look after over 300 bank accounts, recommending best in class processes and developing strategies for managing bank reconciliations. You will also get involved in group and SRA audits as well as ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will ideally have management accountancy or bank reconciliations experience and will also have previously led a team within a finance (ideally shared services) setting. You will have excellent organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic high-volume environment.
