Head of Player Pathway

The Head of Player Pathway will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a world-class Player Pathway for England Netball. This includes the delivery of the England Netball Player Development Strategy, and the alignment of domestic and international player development systems.

As a senior leader within the Performance Directorate, you will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and expert support across a nationwide network of Pathway Leads, Coaches and Stakeholders, ensuring that the Player Pathway delivers an unending pipeline of world-class athletes ready for elite competition.

This role requires an excellent communicator who can provide exceptional leadership and quickly establish credibility and strong relationships across a wide and complex network of stakeholders both internally and externally.
